    Reviewing for Elijah - the team member that worked a little harder and stayed a few minutes after the store closed to ensure my presentation papers were printed - this after another store team member refused me service because they were closing in 10 minutes. He saved the company an order - because I would have had to cancel as I needed them first thing in the morning. Well done Elijah.

    Was in Cincinnati for a trade show and started having issues with my phone/charger. This was the closest store that sold a variety of electronics so I went here to find what I needed. While I was there, I decided to get last-minute business cards for the trade show. Customer service was excellent (the girl who helped me was so friendly), the cards came out great (completed in less than 30min), and I got the charger I needed. All in all, an outstanding experience at this store.

    Wonderful service. Friendly staff. I went in to print up some business cards that I only had a logo for. Anne helped me so much. She helped me move from a simple logo to a beautifully professional business card. She was professional, knowledgeable and perhaps most importantly, patient. Isaiah was also in the store that day. He greeted me when I came in. He, too was friendly and professional, offering to help me find things and was generally available and very responsive. I felt very welcome in the store and very supported. Thank you Isaiah and Anne! You are both clearly an asset to Staples. I will definitely consider this my Staples store and I will not hesitate to come back when I need office supplies, etc.

    I recently visited this store and had a mixed experience. It was clear that the store is lacking employees who actively step in to help customers. There weren’t many staff members available, and for the most part, assistance wasn’t being offered when needed. However, I do want to highlight two employees who truly stood out. I believe one of their names was Patience, and the other was a tall gentleman with a lot of hair (I unfortunately didn’t catch his name). They were both amazing. He went above and beyond by helping me carry my items in and even assisted me with changing my Amazon return, which I really appreciated. While the store could definitely improve on having more helpful and attentive staff overall, these two employees made a positive difference in my visit.
