1. Who we are

LocalCincinnati ("we", "us") is an independently owned local guide to Cincinnati, Ohio, published at localcincinnati.com. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or operated by the City of Cincinnati, Hamilton County, any convention or visitors bureau, or any government body.

2. Using the site

You may browse, link to and share this site freely. You may not scrape it at scale, resell our content, misrepresent it as your own, attempt to breach its security, or use it to send unsolicited commercial messages to the businesses listed here.

3. Business listings

• Basic listings are free and remain free.
• Upgraded listings are $100 per six-month term. Category-exclusive placements are $600 per six-month term. Prices may change for new terms, never mid-term.
• Terms are invoiced after you approve the finished listing and do not auto-renew without notice.
• We may edit listings for length, accuracy, clarity and consistency.
• We may decline or remove a listing at our discretion — for example, if a business closes, misrepresents itself, or engages in unlawful or discriminatory conduct. Unused paid time is refunded pro rata.
• Paid placements are always labeled. Payment never buys editorial coverage, ratings or removal of criticism.

4. What you submit

When you send us a photo, listing, event or message, you confirm the content is yours to share and does not infringe anyone's rights. You keep ownership. You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, resize and credit that content on this site and in our newsletter and social posts. You can ask us to remove your content at any time and we will, promptly.

We review submissions before publishing and may decline anything unlawful, hateful, misleading, sexually explicit, or that identifies people who have not consented.

5. Our content

The written content, design, layout and structure of this site belong to LocalCincinnati. Photography sourced from Pexels remains the property of its photographers and is used under the Pexels license. Videos are embedded from YouTube and remain the property of their creators. Business names, logos and trademarks belong to their owners.

6. Deals and the savings pass

Offers are provided by the businesses themselves. We don't control availability, terms or honoring of any offer, and a business may end an offer at any time. Any dispute over an offer is between you and that business.

7. Third-party links

We link to other websites and embed content from third parties. We don't control those services and are not responsible for their content, availability, accuracy or privacy practices.

8. Disclaimer and liability

The site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. See our disclaimer for detail. To the fullest extent permitted by Ohio law, LocalCincinnati is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the site, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

9. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the "last updated" date above will change. Continued use means you accept the update. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, and any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts of Hamilton County, Ohio.
