13th and Broadway in downtown cincinnati. I had a shake that was excellent. Prices are very reasonable. Staff were friendly and very helpful.

We got a Classic Side by Side with Salted Carmel Truffle Ice Cream and Smores Cookie Dough. My lawd I could have a gallon or two more! Super rich, creamy, flavorful and the combo was fantastic! The shop vibe is more on the modern side but is comfy and nice! Perfect all around and we’d give more stars if we could! It is basically the same as Fort Thomas Parlor.

Update: After the owner reached out to my husband and I, we gave this location another shot. And it did not disappoint. Java whips were spectacular, nice balance of espresso and soft serve, and we were greeted immediately upon walking in. The person who had originally given us a less than desirable time was there and seemed to receive the feedback as her demeanor was much more friendly this time around. It is wonderful to see small businesses incorporate feedback from Google reviews. That’s a green flag in my book! We are very happy and will certainly return and would also recommend! Original review below for context: Do not recommend this location. Make the 30 minute drive over to Milford and you’ll be a lot happier. 3 times we have gone to this location for a Java whip and every time we are met with someone with an attitude that clearly doesn’t want to be there or make said Java whip… which, is one of the things that they are known for…? I used to work at the Milford location and whenever we go there, we are greeted with a smile and never any issues. This location is horrendous. When asked to make a Java whip this time, the girl behind the counter, chewing gum and rolling eyes says “we don’t have espresso” … what? Okay… I think this is our third strike out so we won’t be back. Management needs to seriously train the employees to give a crap about their customers because this isn’t it.

Cute local ice cream shop in an awesome location on Broadway! It’s always popping and for good reason- ice cream is great and the vibes are the same.
