    Great experience being at Graeter’s, amazing staff, friendly and attentive and amazing ice creams, at the counter a gentleman accidentally dropped his ice cream on the floor and the staff immediately replaced it with a fresh one. Putting customers first and making sure they get a great experience speaks volumes for them.

    Very delicious ice cream. The line was LONG but the workers are on their game and get the line moving quick. Very helpful nice people. Cold and tummy, creamy ice cream with tons of flavors.

    Visiting on business and was told "I need to try it!". And I did. And I'll probably be back each night I'm here. The 1870 Tower is a glorious creation, with the standout raspberry chip ice cream.

    Nice little downtown shop with plenty of flavors. Staff weren't the most efficient but the cookies and cream milk shake was great. I should've bought a pint for the road but it probably wouldn't have lasted very long! Definitely keeping my eye out for this brand in the future.

    Graeter's is an absolute Cincinnati institution, and for good reason! Their signature French Pot process makes the ice cream unbelievably rich, dense, and creamy. You can't write a review without mentioning the massive, melt-in-your-mouth chocolate chunks they completely ruin you for normal chocolate chip ice cream. My personal favorite is the Black Raspberry Chocolate Chip, but you really can't go wrong. The shop always has a great, welcoming vibe. Highly recommend to anyone looking for the best scoop in town!
