This place was recommended by a VRBO host. Went by with my family and had birthday dough ice cream. It was some of the best tasting ice cream that I've had. Great service and they are dog-friendly since a pup came in with another couple while I was there.

Amazing! Highly recommend grabbing some ice cream from this cute shop. All the flavors we tried were fantastic, but definitely recommend banana honeycomb and add a toasted marshmallow!

My friend and I visited Hello Honey about an hour and a half before closing, and we had a nice experience. I really enjoyed the vegan cookies and cream ice cream, and my friend had regular cookie dough. Lots of room to sit, service was quick and easy!

Loved the atmosphere, and the ice cream and sundaes! Our family got several different flavors, including the Bananas Brulee sundae with banana honeycomb ice cream, caramel butter cake sundae, mint cookie, vanilla honey, and lychee flavors. Everything we tried was great with a fresh, unique flavor and quality ingredients. Definitely worth visiting if doing anything near downtown. Logan gave the best service I've ever had at any food place I've ever visited, friendly, polite, prompt service, and did it with a positive energy that made the experience that much better. Will definitely visit again.

We found this place on the Happy Cow app as a backup to the first place we tried that was inconveniently out of their unit 2 vegan ice cream options. We were hopeful that this one would pan out. But, alas, it was a disappointment. Especially compared to the place we went to in Chicago on this trip. They only had 2 vegan flavor options, but only the Strawberry was also gluten free. The other vegan, non gluten free option, was cookies and cream. Since Strawberry was the only option, I got that with sprinkles, as it was the only vegan option that was also gluten free. It was okay, but it was sorbet and not ice cream, which is not what I wanted. One of my kids got the same thing and had the same mediocre response. My other kid got a dairy option, the Salted Carmel Cone. She was also hopeful, but said she was not happy with the flavor at all and ended up throwing more than half of it away. She said it tasted more like badly burnt vanilla and that was it. I really wish I could write a better review for this place, because any time I see vegan options offered I'm excited. This time it just didn't pan out in our favor though.
