Food was just okay. Fried pickles were amazing. I got the brisket sandwich and I was hoping for better flavor. It was kinda swimming in BBQ sauce andbthe cedar cheesemight have muted the flavor. I really just like the smoke and flavor of just a good smoked brisket. And my wife got the Estate Burger. And again just okay. The fish and chips did look good.

Experience was nice. Something out of my Dayton area. Food was alright. Burnt ends sandwich was okay, could have used more cheese for it to be called a "melt". Side salad has mushy chickpeas in it, which threw me off. The Italian dressing was sweet and very tasty. Fries were awesome. Chicken on the nachos was seasoned perfectly but the nachos were limp and soggy by the time we got it. Our server was knowledgeable on the building and menu, poor girl was working with a broken finger.

The food was absolutely delicious, service was fast and accurate with a pleasant atmosphere. The cars were not going on the ceiling but its ok the manager explained that they were having maintenance issues. We drove 2 hours to eat here and diffently will be back again.

I am writing this as I am Henry Ford myself : “A rusted lug nut serves no purpose in a factory... yet here it hangs on the wall like a monument to stagnation. They’ve cluttered the place with antiques a charming distraction for the idle mind, though the modern assembly—the plumbing, the lighting—shows a commendable grasp of efficiency. It hums along like a Model T on a clear stretch of road. My wife required special accommodation for her constitution, and the waitstaff handled the obstruction without a stutter in the line; they kept the flow moving, which is the only true mark of a civilized establishment. The burger itself, bearing my name, arrived with the velocity of a piston stroke, assembled with precision rather than chaos. It is rare to find a kitchen that understands that speed need not sacrifice substance. A man can eat well here without feeling he has wasted his capital or his time. I shall inspect the operation again.” And normal : From the moment i stepped in... the atmosphere hit me like a wave. It was a perfect blend of vintage charm and modern sophistication with antiques that told stories of a bygone era. The restrooms while quirky, added a unique touch to the experience. What truly stood out was the service. It was swift and efficient, with our server going above and beyond to accommodate my wife’s allergies. server Grant gets high praise! I ordered the Ford signature burger, and it was an absolute masterpiece. The flavors were perfectly balanced, and the quality was exceptional. The presentation was top-notch, and the speed at which it arrived was impressive. This was one of the best burgers I’ve ever had, and i couldn’t be more satisfied with my dining experience. Overall, Ford's Garage is a must-visit for anyone looking for a high-quality, efficient, and enjoyable meal. The prices are reasonable, and the atmosphere is truly special. i highly recommend this place to anyone who loves food and wants to experience a unique dining experience. - Atmosphere: 9/10 - Food Quality: 9/10 - Service/Flow: 10/10 - Value: 8/10 - Would Return: Yes. Coming back soon.

I grade hard. A 3 is a serviceable, edible meal. For a 4 a step above (maybe 3 out of 20 make the grade) and a 5 must be truly exceptional (maybe 1 out of 20). We wanted something light and they have happy hour appetizers. Three appetizer were more than enough to feed two of us.from best to worst. The cheese curds were crispy on the outside with a nice stringy texture. A really good chew. The chicken had not to thick of a batter. They came out crispy. The white meat insideds were moist. If these are frozen, they are the best I have had. The tots were just tots. A generic cheese sauce, bacon, and onions. I would try the bacon cheese dip as an alternative. With the overpriced soda the entire meal was ony $25. Not much more than it cost to eat at an Arby's and a heck of a lot more tasty.
