3 months agoThe workers are great! Also they share their stories about their pets and are so nice to my kitty when I bring him in! Also he didn’t like an item and they returned it no problem! This is my favorite pet store by far!! This is bolt w his bunny he got from you guys and loves! Thanks for helping me take better care of my furbabys!

4 months agoHigh-end products, beautiful store, super friendly staff. I know they deliver and we appreciate it however, it’s also super fun to walk around inside the store.

4 months agoI stop by this store regularly with my rescue Frenchie babe Delilah, and it feels like home. I always see friendly faces and get help with what I am looking for or news about something Delilah may like from the staff. Bryan helped us find a new food she adores when her regular was out and I have been so impressed by his knowledge and the extra time and care he takes to give Delilah attention every time we are in. He is a true animal lover and we appreciate our visits.

7 months agoI love this store. Awesome selections and their dog showers are amazing. They supply everything you need! It makes it so easy to shower my 2 German Shepherds. The room is spacious, tubs are large and easy for the dogs to get in and out of. HF supplies shampoo, scrubbers, towels, blow dryers and more! I don’t have to clean up my own bathroom afterwards either which is my favorite part. At $17 a dog it’s well worth it!

9 months agoWhat a fantastic place. The service was absolutely incredible and Ruth was SO helpful. We came in wanting to switch our dog’s food and she knew every single thing there is to know about each bag of food, the treats, etc. She was genuinely curious about our pup, the issues she’s experiencing, and how she could help put her on a better meal plan. We are so so excited now knowing the diet changes for our dog and how much happier she will be. A 10/10 place to go for your pets and talk to Ruth!!!!
