Cannot recommend enough! The broccolini appetizer was one of the best I’ve ever had! We loved the gnocchi genovese and the rigatoni carbonara! The chicken Parmesan was HUGE and fed us for an additional 3 meals- definitely a plate to share!

I had such a fantastic meal at this spot downtown. Every part of the experience was spot on, from the cozy atmosphere to the delicious food. The garlic knots served on the checkered paper were incredibly flavorful and perfectly prepared. I also thoroughly enjoyed the classic dessert topped with a generous scoop of vanilla ice cream. It was the ideal way to end the night. I cannot wait to come back for another visit soon.

Excellent food, service, and atmosphere. The shrimp scampi was packed with flavor, and the orecchiette with sausage was absolutely delicious. Fresh ingredients, generous portions, and authentic Italian flavors made for a memorable meal. Rosie’s Italian is definitely worth a visit and will be on my list whenever I’m back in town. 🍝🇮🇹🍷

Had a 730 pm reservation for 4 on a Thursday night after a candlelight concert. Arrived about 715 and they had our table ready, with a happy birthday sign (we were celebrating our daughters birthday and this was a nice little touch). They were completely packed not one other open table and the counter area was completely full. Atmosphere was lively. Ordered our drinks, the Old Fashioneds were both very good. Started with the Fried Lasagna Bites. Pleasantly surprised with how they tasted. The crust was similar to toasted ravioli crust but the inside was lasagna. These were different and extremely good. Next up was Chicken Parmesan and all I can say is that it was unbelievable. The chicken was huge and cooked perfectly. The sauce was delicious, definitely a must try if you like parmesan chicken. We also had a Hot Honey Pizza and it had a thin crust, cooked to perfection. It was alao delicious. Last, we ordered a cannoli cookie to go. Waitress talked us into adding Gelato and having it there. We gave in and wow it was so good, none of it made it home. If you order this, you must add the Gelato. The Cookie is warm and the Gelato just melts over the top. What a way to finish our birthday celebration. We will definitly be visiting again. Being in downtown Cincinnati parking is what it is but we found a meter right across the street.

We had a bit of an unfortunate start to our experience at this Italian restaurant. When we first arrived, the place was completely full and we didn’t have a reservation. We were told the wait would be around 35 minutes, but due to what seemed to be a system error, we ended up waiting nearly two hours. However, when we returned, the staff sincerely apologized for the inconvenience and quickly offered us a table. From that moment on, everything changed and turned into a truly wonderful experience. The wine selection was excellent and paired beautifully with the menu. The food itself was exquisite, authentic Italian flavors, perfectly prepared, and clearly made with high-quality ingredients. The service was outstanding throughout the entire evening. The staff was attentive, friendly, and incredibly patient, even as we ended up being the last ones to leave. Despite the rough beginning, it is definitely an excellent choice for authentic Italian cuisine in Cincinnati and I would happily return.
